Dosímetro personal de lectura directa para el control de la exposición del personal.
EcotestCARD puede utilizarse de forma independiente o dentro del sistema automatizado de control dosimétrico personal ASIDC-21.
El dosímetro permite almacenar el historial de acumulación de dosis con referencia en tiempo real en la memoria no volátil y comunicarlo al ordenador. Si se superan los niveles umbral programados de dosis gamma o su tasa, se activan alarmas luminosas y sonoras.

Personnel monitoring devices serve to measure radiation dose which is accumulated by a user. There are several types of devices which are classified under the category, each of which serves a specific purpose and is used in different areas.

Direct reading personal dosimeters are specifically designed for personnel exposure monitoring. The dosimeter badges can be used independently as well as within the automated system of dosimetry control ASIDC-21. There are a number of user-friendly functions of these devices which include storage of dose accumulation history. They also record real time reference in its non-volatile memory. The badges accurately communicate required details to the computer. As the specified threshold levels of the gamma dose are exceeded, its light and audio alarms are soon actuated to alert the users.

 

Specialized software compatible with these personnel exposure monitoring devices is specifically intended for programming and dosimetry control. It is designed to be a part of the individual dosimetry control systems. The systems are suitable for use by institutions and companies.  For user convenience, they can be used for reading as well as computer processing of dosimetric measurement results of different personal radiation monitoring devices, such as “EcotestCARD”, “POSHUK” dosimeters, DKG-21 and others. In spite of being highly sophisticated and modern, these devices are user-friendly and easy to use.

 

Use Of Specialized Software:

The primary function of the software compatible with the badge dosimeters is to monitor and evaluate absorbed doses of staff. Data is stored on a central server. The server can be remotely accessed and users can manage the database via the internet. It features independent monitoring and also reading from different workstations. The software accurately displays all statistical information on the dosimetry data. Such personnel monitoring systems are widely used in radiological laboratories, nuclear power industry, emergency services and Civil Defence.

Devices like DKG-21M are specially designed for use by Civil Defence, Ministry of Emergencies and Army. These highly refined and functional devices can withstand significant temperature changes. They are designed to work in high dustiness too, which is one of the main reasons for their use by Ministry of Emergencies of Kazakhstan.
